INCORRECT

This map lists Finland as a part of Russia, which is incorrect until 1809, which leads me to suspect that there are other faults.

Indeed there are other faults the Island of Great Britain is labeled "Angleterre" which should be "Grande-Bretagne" also Ireland is labbled as part of the United Kingdom, which it was NOT at this point.
