According to the source by the National Institute of Anthropology and History of Mexico [1], the coat of arms of the first mexican empire was also used by the regency of the second mexican empire. This can be also verified in the book "Iturbide of Mexico" by SPENCE William [2].--Cihuaweb (talk) 04:34, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
