It seems that the official organism , the General Council of the Judicial Power of Spain, has renewed is official Coat of Arms using this actually image file. Take a look a this (Spanish) and this (Spanish) without mentioning the original author. Can someone take a further look? Thanks in advance--Kippelboy (talk) 16:22, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
