Hi Sajor - this bishop shows traditionally ten tassels as you will see here. The 10 tassels (fiocchi) are since 1802 the privilege of the bishops as Trier is the oldest diocese in Germany. The German text says 10 tassels aswell and the link in the descrition leads to the wbsite with official blazon. Please edit this COA accordingly. --Maxxl2 - talk 11:02, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
