Rename

Since there's been a lot of discussion about the first square of the file Croatia, Historic Coat of Arms.svg, I'm proposing that the file Coat of Arms of Croatia (1990).svg (which is an exact copy of the file Croatia, Historic Coat of Arms.svg) be renamed to Croatia, Historic Coat of Arms, first red square.svg. The file Croatia, Historic Coat of Arms.svg should be renamed to Croatia, Historic Coat of Arms, first white square.svg. In both files, we should leave links to the other file, in the Summary section, for those who might need to use the other file.
