Uploader as copyright holder

It seem reasonable to me to assume that the uploader of this photograph is the photographer, or knew the photographer personally. The image is very high quality and still has its original metadata. Can we just bend the rules a little and remove the "no source" tag, stating that we assume the uploader to be the copyright holder? ~MDD4696 02:05, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
