Hi @Magnum045: , I recently bought a book on North Korean decorations and I saw your ribbon bar which was unknown.
The reference book, Warren E. Sessler and Paul McDaniel - Military and Civil Awards of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), 2009, that I own has no bar that matches it, maybe it's another version of the order of labor (or it's a "new" – less than 13 years – decoration ?).
