Explanation needed

I am currently not thinking about it, I partly lost interest in this topic as there were more people uploading such maps on reddit and similar portals. :/ This file is named "De-facto-territory-control-map-of-the-world-borderless-14-05-2019.svg", so someone could copy it and create map named "De-facto-territory-control-map-of-the-world-borderless-30-09-2023.svg".
