I feel the dispute is inappropriate. There is no other scheme available. Better to have some scheme than no scheme. I believe the scheme was drawn from the literature references and the scheme was appropriate for publication at the time of publication. Hey I finally got signed in appropriately. Yea ... it would be nice to fix the details. I as usual pulled the literature reference and most likely went off of that as far as the arrows (references given in Diels Reese reaction) well the referenced document is stated as a guideline not a specific rule. Upon review yea the reaction arrows could be moved around but the general ideas are scientifically accurate. As previously stated a scheme is better than no scheme. Removal of the scheme will destroy the whole article! I think it would be foolish to delete it and leave nothing. No idea why chemdraw cut the oxygen. I think I tried 4 or 5 times to prevent that. Don't have chemdraw any-more; not going to buy it for $350 dollars to fix wikipedia. If you want to delete it...well you are the editor I guess. --Slavefortheempire (talk) 00:09, 22 June 2017 (UTC)
