Intellectual property rights of defunct company?

edit

The original uploader has started that this is a scan of a postcard, published by a company that has gone bankrupt. If this is the case, there is a theoretical possibility that the rghts to the picture(s) have been sold by the liquidator, but I doubt that it would be possible to find out. (One would have to find out the name of the liquidator in the court records, then locate the liquidator, then ask him to delve into his record, etcetera...) I suggest that we treat the property rights as having been forfeited. Regards, MartinD 08:44, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
