"Own work"?

Whose "own work" is that? The photograph's? Or the artist's himself (namely, Heinrich Kirchner)? Isn't it a copyright violation to publish here the photograph of a work of someone who died in 1984? --Azurfrog (talk) 02:30, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
