Copyright Violation

I am the author of this file and uploaded it time ago. This logo was drawn using Inkscape and I hold the source .svg files. Now, I have been asked to prove ownership of work using Open-source Ticket Request System. Well, in that case I'll have to contact myself for permission (and I will be happy to grant it). If you still believe this is a copyright violation, please show me some how this could be.
