I don't have any opinion about it. If you think it would be better to delete it then you might start a DR (but it doubt that it will be successful). Otherwise it is map showing Estonia before 2017 without rivers (vs. File:Estonia adm (2005–2017) location map.svg with rivers. NNW 13:25, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
