I think it is not reasonable to make a difference for Poland. Poland was a monarchy. The monarch was elected but this was also true for the Holy Roman Empire. Nevertheless, both were monarchies – the same applies for the map 1789. --Furfur ^{⁂ Diskussion} 01:07, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
