Make the blue follow WikimediaUI guidelines

{{Edit request}} Can this by overriden by File:Extended-protection-shackle-wikimedia-blue.svg? The blue is not following WikimediaUI blue (See design.wikimedia.org) most of blues in the interface follow that, for example Template:Ambox. Amir (talk) 20:55, 14 May 2019 (UTC)

@Green Giant: You protected this file with template editor protection. While I have no doubt template editor’s won’t vandalize it, this is simply not what this protection is for. As its name implies, this protection level is for templates. @Y-route: this is why I ask for the requestor to state exactly what change is needed. You asked for this file to be over-ridden by File:Extended-protection-shackle-wikimedia-blue.svg and that is what I did. Check the upload history and you will see it is the file you both requested.
