According to en:, en:Novaya Zemlya and en:Franz Josef Land are part of 29 (en:Arkhangelsk Oblast), not 83 (en:Nenets Autonomous Okrug) as the current colouring implies. Jnestorius 19:15, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
