Actual colors

After noticing the changes made to the Panama flag I decided to make a small research to see if the Costa Rican flag needed any modification as well.

I found this link, a text from the National Printing House, an archived issue of the national gazette to inform, among other things, the official colors for the flag, which are as follows:

• Blue: Pantone Reflex Blue
• White
• Red: Panthone [sic] 485C

These colors (considering I'm not using the wrong hue of "Reflex Blue") do represent a slightly noticeable change in the flag, as it can be seen here (left one being Wikipedia's current version and right one being the colors stated in the document). Since I have no experience with SVG files, I ask somebody else to take a look into it.
