Reversion edit
I reverted the image to an earlier version by accident, then reverted it back - I hope it is the correct version again.
The revert link is too easy to click, IMO. There should be a confirmation that you really want to revert. Otherwise even a mouse jumping when clicking elsewhere could result in a useless reversion (like it did right now). PeepP 13:28, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

Incorrect colours as of 5 May 2016 edit
The colours in the SVG are incorrect. By Estonian law the colour blue is specified as Pantone 285 and CMYK 91/43/0/0. The RGB values are specified at the Estonian Government Office's website as 0/114/206 (see https://riigikantselei.ee/et/valitsuse-toetamine/eesti-riigi-sumboolika/eesti-lipp), that translates to 0072CE in hex. These RGB values (both in decimal and hex) are also specified by Pantone as the correct match to Pantone 285. The values for black are specified as 0/0/0 in RGB (#000000) at the Estonian Government Office's website and should be used as such.
- By leaving the color value blank for the black, it defaults to (#000000). If we follow that website, (0072ce) will be the correct blue. The Pantone website also confirms this. I no longer have the sysop flag but I will try and get someone to fix it with this code:
