Usage of this flag

Just to make this clear: this is not the general government or state flag, this is the "standard" of the government and the parliament, i.e. only used for special purposes, probably only as a car flag, similar to the princely standard (with the yellow border), that is also only used as car flag.

drawing of the arms

the drawing of the arms needs a few corrections: beside a few minor ones the three most important ones are: rue-crown needs to be wholly filled green; crown of eagle in bottom quarter should be yellow; legs of eagle in bottom quarter should be yellow as well, only with red claws. --Mevsfotw (talk) 13:35, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
