Incorrect color hues

{{Editprotected}} The color hues for the Madeira flag are incorrect. A quick check on the Legislative Assembly of Madeira website (https://www.alram.pt/pt/artigos/assembleia/simbolos-da-autonomia/). clearly shows a darker hue for the blue and gold.
