This flag is erroneus. Is similar to the correct flag that is dark red, dark green and dark yellow. The stars and inscriptions are white. The inscription in the green says: "Dios Union y Libertad; in the yellow we can read "14 de Julio de 1875". All inscriptions are in capital letters.
