Erroneous White Stripe on Left Margin edit
The actual flag of PEI does not have a white stripe on its left margin. This is an artifact of an uploaded version of the design on an old page of the government's website. Google and photographs of physical flags demonstrate that a white stripe is not part of the design. I've gone ahead and uploaded a new version to temporarily replace this one on key pages, but I believe this file itself should be altered so that this issue can be dealt with more uniformly.
