The official website of Wakkanai City provides the info on the emblem and the flag. However, the latter says nothing about the colors. I presumed the flag uses same colors for the emblem and white for the background, but I may be completely wrong. Correction are welcome. Kzaral 01:40, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
