The source given describes the flag as that of the "Mouvement Democratique Rwandais, the Hutu party that was responsible for the massacre of Tutsis." However, "Mouvement Democratique Rwandais" appears to refer to the Republican Democratic Movement, which was not involved in the genocide judging by its wiki page. I found a source that confirms this flag was used by the MRND, the governing party of Rwanda at the time of the genocide, and its Interahamwe militia. The file should be renamed (and source changed) to reflect this correction. Apologies if I'm going about this the wrong way. Bulbajer (talk) 07:47, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
