Lusophone states Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe & Cape Verde edit

It is easy to verify that all countries mentioned above have Portuguese as their official language. They are partly members of the OIF and certainly all teach French as a (first) foreign language at school, but they should not be considered part of Francophone Africa.
