Doubts on Location

Hello, I have major doubts, that the title of this painting is pointing to Soest, Westphalia. I know, Ida Gerhardi is from Hagen 75 km distance from Soest, Westphalia. She was befriended with Christian Rohlffs, who did a lot of paintings of Soest, Westphalia. But, however: The architecture, the church and settling structure is quite untypical for the region. It resembles much more Dutch architecture, so it would point to Soest, Netherlands. If anyone could shed some light on this, it would be very welcomed.
