Official Potrait

Do we have a source saying this is an official portrait? News agencies [1] are crediting as CIA via AP. AP images[2] says mandatory credit to them. CIA website[3] does not have any photograph of her yet. Also noticing now The Guardian[4] is attributing same image to AFP/Getty Images also mentioning the handout. Where are we getting it from specifically though as no source was provided. Or does none of it matter and it's still public domain? WikiVirusC (talk) 19:35, 13 March 2018 (UTC)
