Improper use of this image

It has come to my attention that a clipart website is using this image (my own creation) without attribution, and worse,has placed its own copyright notice on the page and a request for any use of the file to be attributed to them. It is my belief that they may be in violation of both the 'attribution' and 'share-alike clauses' of the CC license. I have contacted them stating that they may be abusing the (very reasonable and permissive) terms of this images license and to simply ask for proper attribution. I would normally not post here about an issue like this, but thought that it should be on record that it's use here pre-dates their use since they are wrongly (and perhaps inadvertently) calming ownership of the image. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Prosthetic Head (talk • contribs) 14:48, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
