Is this the correct Henry?

In virtual British Library, I've found this image:

• There, Henry II is the left on top.
• The author, Matthew Paris, lived as a writing and drawing monk of St Albans Abbey, from 1217 to 1259. He can't have seen Henry II, but he may have followed the current iconography of his time.
• Also the description of this file names Mattew Pars as the author.
