Bulgaria crimes against humanity law

If Bulgaria has a law which prohibits spreading misinformation about crimes against humanity (which is included in the article containing this image its self) despite it not mentioning the Holocaust by name, why is it not included in the map? 141.161.133.165 00:30, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
