Renaming of the file

This file should not be renamed and labelled with a specific year, because it is a contemporary map that is not restricted to a specific date. Future recognitions of the Holodomor by other countries are pending and will happen, and they will not end nor be restricted to this year. That is why, the name should stay as it is.
