Is it really an Homunuclus?

Help: an Italian user from it.wiki, in the discussion page for Homunculus (here) says that he believes that this image is not representing an Homunucus in a still, but an old theory (of which he does not remember the name) where the fetus (and so the entire human being) was contained inside the spermatozoon.
