Too big

As discussed at Talk:Hurricane Maria (2005), the image is apparently so big (6000x6000) that the software refused to resize it to 240x240. I uploaded a new version, 1500x1500, 94% smaller. Maybe this is too small and 3000x3000 should be used. There is no link for the original page that this was taken from (!!!!!), so I just resized the existing file using ImageMagick's "convert".
