I have checked on the Wayback machine, and the first time the photograph appeared on the Ministry website is June 2007: https://web.archive.org/web/20070609122221/http://www.felagsmalaraduneyti.is/radherra/. There is no indication, however, about the precise date and the photographer. Skimel (talk) 12:31, 2 October 2022 (UTC)
