The source for this picture has a license cc-by-2.5, I am not sure how to change it here exactly (I tried) but if you refer to the original, the actual license is cc-by-2.5.--Joyradost (talk) 20:18, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for checking the license. However, the problem is not about the license of the photograph, but about the copyright status of the sculpture itself: according to Bulgarian law it seems impossible to release it a CC-BY license, it would have to be a CC-BY-NC (to exclude commercial use) and it is not possible on Commons. You may want to discuss issues there, where the delete/keep decision will be taken. --Eusebius (talk) 20:37, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
