The Magonsaete were a minor sub-group of the Mercians. Their rather oversize inclusion is rather misleading. The Hwicce, fought over by Mercia and Wessex is a more substantial entity. However, inclusion of the British kingdom of Pengwern in the Shropshire/Cheshire area would be an improvement. 86.31.235.207 09:33, 9 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
