FYI, I changed the license tag on this photo because I believe the original one (PD-USGov) to be incorrect. It was presumably based on the photo being from the WPA collection, but the WPA did not exist in 1920. From what I've read, this photo was taken by Hine as a private individual. Since it's pre-1923, PD-US seems the most appropriate license. --Davepape 04:49, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
