How can this leave out the Caucasus and California? --JWB (talk) 21:18, 10 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Probably because it has a source, although the source link is broken by now. Also, the map does not show all areas which may be considered linguistically diverse, only the most linguistically diverse areas. Even though California is more diverse than Kentucky I'm sure New Guinea and the Amazon are much more diverse than California.
I'm removing blue shade from Switzerland and Benelux now. That's obvious vandalism. The same user also shaded most of the Pacific islands but I'm no expert on that area so I will not edit that. Skrofler (talk) 00:26, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
Apparently I'm not allowed to overwrite this file although I seem to be able to revert it. Skrofler (talk) 01:03, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
