Malaysia location is wrong

On all of the SVG maps the Malaysian entry (name and flag) is positioned over the Philippines. It should be positioned to the North West of Brunei and East of Sri Lanka.

No Hong Kong Flag

I didn't add HK as it's not added on http://thecommonwealth.org/member-countries - which is the source of this map. If there's consensus, then I'll add it. Llywelyn2000 (talk) 07:45, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

Cyprus date is wrong

Dominica flag is incorrect

The flag for Dominica is incorrect.

I edited the svg to put the correct flag, also moved some arrows so they pointed to the correct island. I can't update the file though, so I will embed it here so someone with the correct access can.

Singapore is missing
