Number on the locomotive

Can someone read the number on the tender of the locomotive? The resolution is too low, but it seems to me that the first number is a "9", and the second one is a "1" or a "7". Best regards, -- Ajpvalente (talk) 18:49, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
