Caption translations

I translated the German caption into English as: "The Estonian ornithologist Tarvo Valker uses wind power as a renewable energy source in the maritime area of the Kihnu Estonia marine region". But that seems wrong. I guess the German is incorrect. Anyway I thought I'd leave this here and someone might come along and fix the German and add an English version too. With best wishes.
