This is not the former president of Honduras. President Luis Bogran died in the late 1800's. This is his first born son also named Luis Bogran, who was quite prominent in Honduras, but never even ran for president as far as I know. I can see why there is some confusion, however the dates clearly do not match up and this ought to be fixed.
