Rename request

I've requested that this page be re-titled to exclude the name 'Moll', as Herman Moll did not create this map of this fictional island. The map was created for the 1726 edition of the book and included several faked maps in the style of Herman Moll, whose work was current at the time. But the one shouldn't be confused with the other.
