Neutrality of the map

@Fry1989: & @Knyaz-1988: this file violates NPOV and Overwrite rules, original map was without Crimea, after its annexation it was possible to upload separate map not to overwrite this because doing this we violate NPOV. This map was used in other Wikipedias even before the annexation and now those Wikipedias due to overwrite automatically violate NPOV. This is not good and I support revert of this map to original version as it was done by User:Fry1989.
