@Great Brightstar: , this is a different flag, please upload it as a separate image. Note that the flag without the two (2) white stripes was still documented and may have even been preferred in this year, so kindly upload new versions of these maps with a different flags as different files. This is because I found (and uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons) photographic evidence that supports both, I think that the flag without the white stripes was the original, then the white stripes were added, and when the Vietnamese nationalists came into power with the country's third (3rd) and 4th (fourth) presidents that they preferred the flag that resembled the new Vietnamese flag more.
