So is this satellite imagery of lights? The link is broken. I don’t really see how this is a “to scale comparison” with no scale plus these two areas are at different latitudes. Maybe just put up the original imagery with some kind of reference to scale. This is a hard thing to represent with a figure but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done.
