@Cmglee: If I test your file using the Commons:Commons SVG Checker, and I use the option From Wikimedia Commons and then input "Milky_Way_multispectral_SMIL.svg", it does preview. If I first download your file and then upload it using the option Upload file, it does not correctly preview. Please explain to me what could be causing this problem?
