Ukraine

Poroshenko had indeed signed in 2014 the withdrawal of Ukraine, but things may have changed since then. The official site says Ukraine is an observer state (2019). Gomoloko (talk) 00:04, 15 November 2019 (UTC)

Taiwan

Taiwan is not a part of People's Republic of China, but a whole nation of its own. I think marking it as blue as of PRC is violating the open information and correct information criteria.
