Just wondering - is the pronounciation of this one actually correct? w:Near-close near-front unrounded vowel lists German "bitte" as an example of a word that uses this sound, but to me (as a native German speaker), it seems that the "i" in "bitte" is quite distinct from the sound in this recording. -- Schnee 14:23, 15 September 2005 (UTC)Reply
