Reason for new version

edit

Last version showed Indonesia dark green and all Lesser Sunda Islands light green, but East Timor is not part of Indonesia anymore. I made now all land green and the Lesser Sunda Islands red, so there is no political statement anymore. --Patrick 10:23, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Not the islands east or north of Timor

edit

“Nusa Tenggara, previously known as the Lesser Sunda Islands, extend about 750 miles E from Jawa to Timor. The principal islands of the chain described in this sector consist of Flores, Pulau Solor, Pulau Lomblen, Pulau Pantar, and Pulau Alor plus their dependent islets. The islands of Pulau Sumba, Pulau Sawu, Pulau Roti, and Timor lie S of the chain but are an integral part of the Lesser Sunda Group” [1] --JPF (talk) 20:25, 22 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
